Our Happiness Plan
- Special-needs oldsters, youngsters, first timers and just plain scared dogs and cats always get extra careful attention
- We sweet talk and touch all our guests throughout the day
- Pets are always kept separated unless the dogs are signed up for playdays or daycare
- All suites are radiant heated and air cooled
- 1-2 daily meals of IAMS, owner's choice; no charge if you bring your own
- All dogs get 2-3 daily exercise periods in large outside yards (extra outside exercise available for $5)
- Night times are cozy with soft beds and a blanket
- To keep your dog's coat in good condition we will schedule a brush-out for long-haired dogs every 2 weeks at a minimal charge.
- Complimentary bath for guests staying more than 30 days. Shedless treatments or dematting incur an extra charge.

To keep our facility earth friendly our shampoos are natural and organic, and we use the most effective, least toxic cleaners possible.
We encourage our clients to bring parasite free, healthy pets under routine veterinary care.
Fleas and Ticks:
We recommend using a flea and tick preventive before leaving your pet to help us keep our premises and other guests parasite free. If we find fleas or ticks on your pet, we reserve the right to apply Frontline or Capstar unless you are on a preventive program.
Proof of Current Vaccinations Required:
Dogs: Rabies, Combination, Bordetella
Cats: Rabies, Combination
Medication:
Please clearly label all medications with your name, name of pet and dosage. We will follow the instructions on the label unless we are given instructions in writing by the owner.
Feeding:
We feed Iams. If you prefer to bring your own food, please divide each day’s portion or bring the food in a small covered container. We provide bowls.
Blankets and Toys (nothing smaller than a tennis ball):
We provide soft fleecies and Kuranda beds, but you may bring a small, washable blanket and up to two toys. Please label everything.
