PHILOSOPHY
We believe that every pet should leave relaxed, healthy and happy. We pride ourselves on the exceptional professional care of each of your furry family members and the activities and comfortable amenities designed to bring delight to our guests. Our guests stay healthy with a balance program of exercise, activity, nutritious food, rest and relaxation. We want to see your pet drag you in the door on its next visit.
DAILY SCHEDULE
Our dogs are roused out of bed around 7am when they begin the first outdoor exercise break. Their rooms are cleaned and they return to relax before breakfast. After a short rest time, the morning activities for the dogs and cats begin until the next siesta at noon. The second round of activities begins in the afternoon, with another rest time before the evening meal for those pets being fed twice a day. Each dog gets another opportunity to exercise outdoors before being settled in for the evening. And last, there is a late night check and bedtime cookie before lights out.

Vaccinations, Fleas and Ticks
• All pets must have proof of current vaccinations.
• We reserve the right to use Capstar or Frontline on
incoming guests. Please use a preventive.
Amenities for Guests:
• All guests are talked to and touched every day
• Separate very small dog room
• All suites radiant heated and air cooled
• 2 daily meals of IAMS or Eukanuba
• 2-3 daily exercise periods in outside yard (extra
outside exercise available for $5)
• Soft bed and blanket
• Bedtime snack
Long Term Boarders
•Special discounts starting at 14 days.
•We will schedule a brush out for dogs every 30 days.
•Free bath for guest staying more than 30 days. Shedless, clips or dematting incur an extra charge.
Check In/Check Out
•A $50 no-show fee may be assessed if a suite
reservation is not cancelled within 24 hours.
• A $50 late or after hours fee may be assessed.
*Don’t forget to schedule toenail trims, departure baths or full grooms in our salon.

FAQs
Health: To keep our facility earth friendly our shampoos are natural and organic, and we use the most effective, least toxic cleaners possible. We encourage our clients to bring parasite free, healthy pets under routine veterinarian care.
Proof of Current Vaccinations Required:
Dogs: Rabies, Combination, Bordetella
Cats: Rabies, Combination
Fleas and Ticks: We recommend using a flea and tick preventive treatment.
Medication: Please clearly label all medications with your name, name of pet and dosage. We will follow the instructions on the label unless we are given instructions in writing by the owner.
Feeding: We feed Iams and Eukanuba. If you prefer to bring your own food, please divide each day’s portion or bring the food in a small covered container. We provide bowls.
Blankets and Toys (nothing smaller than a tennis ball): We provide soft fleecies and Kuranda beds, but you may bring a small, washable blanket and up to two toys. Please label everything.Hours (Lobby hours may change before and after holidays):
Monday – Friday: 8am - Noon, 5pm - 6pm
Saturday: 8am – Noon
Sunday: 9am – Noon
Our front lobby is closed between Noon to 5:00pm so that we may focus on your pet’s activities, rest and care; please help us keep our guests healthy by respecting our hours and planning accordingly. We and our guests thank you.
Emergency/After-Hours Check In or Out: We realize that sometimes you just need help when your schedule can’t fit into ours. We reserve the right to charge a $50 late fee plus an extra day of boarding.
Holidays: Our front lobby is closed on major holidays: January 1, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Your pets will receive the same great care; a few of the activities may not be available.
